Ever since I went to Boot Camp for the Army, I fell in love with fitness. I was taught discipline, and the will to succeed. I used that motivation to have a successful 18 year career in Rugby.
Over the years I’ve learned the proper techniques of how to lift weights, cardiovascular fitness, and rehab injuries. With all the hard work I have achieved multiple Northeast Rugby Titles, been a leader on a National top 10 ranked team, Northeast all-star, and had 2 separate tryouts for the U.S. International Rugby Team.
I’ve spent years learning how to become bigger, stronger, faster, and how to keep my weight in check to achieve peak fitness. With the knowledge of high/low intensity programs, we can achieve your fitness goals!
