In high school, I battled ulcerative colitis which left me sick, scrawny, and too weak to participate in varsity athletics. Following a series of surgeries in my senior year of high school, I went off to college. I earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s degree in homeland defense.

As I worked my way through college and graduate school, I became increasingly dedicated and committed to strengthening my body. I became very interested in the science of physical fitness and understanding the relationship between diet, exercise, and body composition.

As a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association, I am eager to share all that I know to help you achieve your goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, trim body fat, and build muscle and lean body mass or to just feel healthy and comfortable in your own skin, I believe that if we both put in the effort, you will see and feel results.
