Cheryl Crawford:
Cheryl is USA's fitness and aerobic director. She has over 12 years experience as a personal trainer. Her certifications are : AFAA personal trainer, Basic Mat Pilates, Level 2 Resist 'a' Ball, Madd Dog Spin and Step. Accomplishments include: 2003 NABF Body building winner in 3 divisions and a participant in 4 marathons with qualifing times. Cheryl says,"The greatest joy I get out of my job is seeing people believe in themselves and accomplish their goals."

Brendan Shea:
Brendan began his training career as an exercise science major at Umass Amherst. It was here that he learned the scientific aspects of training, physiology, and excercise supplementation. He was a head weight lifting instructor for 2 years for the Physical Education dept while attending the university. After school , Brendan came to work for USA immediately in June 2002. Brendan trains people of all ages , athletes and non-athletes alike. He is NASM certified .

Shannan Drosopoulos:
Shannan is a FRA Personal Certified Trainer. She has a degree in early childhood. She has followed her passion to teach others, and now teaches exercise and how to be a healthier and fit person. She lives in Marshfield with her husband and has two children.

Bob Donahue
Bob caught the fitness bug while rehabbing from a back injury, well over twenty years ago and has been a fixture at the gym since. Bob is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and has also studied Excercise at Bridgewater State College. Bob has extensive training in Nutrition and Weight loss.

Upon exiting the U.S. Army at age 22, Chris becme certified as a personal trainer through one of the nations most accredited organizations, The American Council on Excercise. With the everlasting desire to learn about the body, Chris pursued and obtained his bachelors degree in Excercise Science, focusing on the biomechanical, anatomical, physiological, and nutritional aspects of personal development. Chris joined the USA team in 07' where he coaches people of all walks of life incorporating Functional Training, an approachto fitness leaving the clients stronger, more flexible, and less prone to injury making all activities of daily living easier and more enjoyable to perform.
